I'm giving this an EX/VG+, cover/records grade overall but it's probably in the same condition it was when I opened it a couple of decades ago. I probably cleaned it on the VPI 16.5, played it once, put the records in poly-lined sleeves and filed it away.
This record plays really good on my rig. The vinyl is very quiet and the record has the SRC stamp in the wax, a definite TMOQ. The visual grade on the vinyl is close to NM except side two which has a couple of marks that I couldn't hear. Side one and two play about as clean as I've heard. Side three has a light repeating tick from the end of track one into the beginning of track two but I could see no scratch. Record two has an edge warp that waves pretty good but I can't hear it and it plays fine on my rig. I heard a couple of ticks on side four. I downgraded the Vinyl to VG+ because of the warp on record two and a slight warp or record one. If you have one of those flattening machines it would be a grade higher.
The cover is still in the original shrink with sticker on front and price tag on back. I see no seam splits or other problems with the cover. The insert is Ex with slight bend at the bottom and bottom corners.
Play grades are subjective and vary with playback equipment.Play grade rig was Well Tempered Turntable with Van Den Hul MC One cartridge. This needle fits the groove almost perfectly and will read anything there, including noise.
