Description
Rust Never Sleeps is the tenth studio album by the Canadian-American singer songwriter. It was released in 1979 on Warner Bros. Records and features both studio and live tracks. The album peaked at #8 on Top 200 Albums chart. The albums single “ Hey Hey- My My (Into The Black)”reached #78 on Hot 100 Singles chart. It also included one of Young’s most popular and enigmatic songs “Powderfinger”. The album has been credited as being a pre-cursor to Seattle’s “ grunge music” genre that came later, influencing Nirvana and Pearl Jam. The album comprises one side as a solo acoustic set and the other an electric set with backing band Crazy Horse. A must for Young fans and music lovers. It’s better to burn out than to fade away. Crisp, original in shrink here with all inners.
