Neil Young    "Storytone"

This is a US vinyl pressing on Reprise 546105-1 from 2014.      This was his thirty fourth solo album.      The labels are black with white printing.        It is a double album in a textured thick and heavy gatefold cover.       It comes with a large 28 page lyric & photo booklet.           The records feel like 180 grams.        Disc one is called 'Solo Storytone' and has all of the songs reformed solo.       Disc two is called 'Storytone' and has the same songs recorded with an orchestra and big band arrangement.

This solo album was produced by Neil Young and Niko Bolas.        The orchestra album was produced by Chris Walden or Michael Bearden.      The cover artwork is by Neil Young, with design by Gary Burden.

The songs are : Plastic Flowers, Who's Gonna Stand Up?, I Want To Drive My Car, Glimmer, Say Hello To Chicago, Tumbleweed, Like You Used To Do, I'm Glad I Found You, When I Watch You Sleeping, and All Those Dreams.     All of the same songs are on disc two.

Overall Condition is : Cover is M /  Records are M- & M-

The gatefold cover is mint with no ring wear, no writing, and no seam splits.           The vinyl look mint and they play near mint.            The labels are clean with no spindle marks.       The records come in plastic lined plain white inner sleeves.       The lyric booklet is mint.

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'.       My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.      I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
