Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?

Die Kosten für Porto & Verpackung innerhalb Deutschlands sind bereits im Verkaufs-Preis enthalten!

Wie wird verschickt?

Poster werden innerhalb Deutschlands mit HERMES verschickt.

(Der Versand von an Packstationen & Postfächer ist hier nicht möglich, daher müssen Sie in diesem Fall entweder eine alternative Adresse angeben,

die von Hermes beliefert werden kann oder in der Kaufwicklung explizit die DHL-Variante wählen für die aber extra Versandkosten anfallen.)

Ich versende Vinyl immer in speziellen Versandkartons; das Cover in extra Plastikhülle und getrennt vom Vinyl verpackt.

CD’s kommen immer in gefütterten Luftpolstertaschen.  Poster verschicke ich in speziellen Versandkartons.

Ich verschicke Tonträger nun seit 1981 – also über 30 Jahre lang & man kann sich getrost darauf verlassen, dass ich wirklich weiß was ich tue!

Kann ich den Artikel auch selbst abholen?

Normalerweise ist das kein Problem. 

Wer hier aus der Gegend kommt, der kann werktags zwischen circa 9.00 und 17.00 Uhr hier in Koblenz (Innenstadt) vorbeischauen und direkt abholen .

Der Abholtermin sollte in jedem Fall bitte einen Tag vorher per Mail oder Telefon ( 0261-9142664 )  verbindlich verabredet werden, Danke.

Wohin wird verschickt?

Ich versende weltweit ohne Ausnahme – die jeweiligen Versandkosten sind für jedes Land in der Artikelbeschreibung abrufbar & beziehen sich grundsätzlich auf die Kosten für einen Artikel!

Selbstverständlich lassen sich auch hier Einkäufe zusammenfassen & ich biete einen Versandkostenrabatt, der bitte per Mail vorab erfragt werden sollte, Danke.

Wird genau der abgebildete Artikel verkauft?

Ja, das Photo/der Scan wurde extra für dieses Angebot gemacht & zeigt immer den tatsächlichen,  hier zum Verkauf stehenden Artikel – ich verwende grundsätzlich keine „fremden“ Photos.

Kann ich genauere Angaben zu den Songs / dem Track-Listing bekommen?

Selbstverständlich ! Ich maile Dir gerne umgehend einen Scan des Tracklistings zu.  

Leider kann man über das Ebay-System selbst keine Scans verschicken – daher teile mir bitte Deine echte E.Mail Adresse über ‚Frage an den Verkäufer’ mit, Danke.

Wie sieht das bei 2nd-Hand Ware mit den Zustandsbewertungen aus?

Ich denke, dass ich korrekt & fair bewerte, was sich leicht an meinem bisherigen Ebay-Feedback erkennen lässt:

die Kunden sind durchweg zufrieden und können nachvollziehen wie ich einstufe.

Wer sich trotzdem unsicher ist, der kontaktiere mich doch einfach & ich sende eine genauere Beschreibung wie mein Bewertungs-System funktioniert.

Habst Du eventuell noch mehr Vinyl / CD’s wie aktuell hier im Ebay-Shop angeboten werden?

Ja, ich habe ständig circa 20.000 verschiedene Vinyl & CD Titel auf Lager, die vollständig auf meiner Website gelistet sind.

Gezielte Nachfragen beantworte ich natürlich gerne per Mail oder Telefon.

Wann bewertest Du die Auktionen?

Ich bewerte alle Ebay Transaktionen circa einmal pro Woche - unabhängig davon ob ich selbst auch bewertet wurde!

Trotzdem wäre es fair, wenn Du den Erhalt der Ware durch eine entsprechende Bewertungsabgabe anzeigen könnest, vielen Dank.

What about the costs for Postage & Packing?

I have entered the costs for P&P in the Ebay system and you can easily check them for your country .

These are only valid for ONE item !    If you buy more items - see below...

Do you combine postage costs?

Yes, absolutely. Whether you purchase 2 or 50 items I will of course combine the costs.

If you buy more than one item,  please wait for my invoice!

How do you send out the goods?

I normally use the ‚Deutsche Post’ for all foreign orders.

Under certain cirumstances it might be safer and/or more ecconomical to use HERMES transports for larger / more expensive packages.

This service is possible to most european countries, but not all (eg.not to Greece or Switzerland). Just contact me if you are unsure what’s the best / cheapest method.

I definitively do NOT try to earn extra money from exaggerated postage : simply check my feedback!

I am in the mailorder business since 1982, which now adds to over 30 years of experience...!

Therefore you can be sure, that I know how to handle your purchase.

I always post in special mailing boxes, put the covers in additional plastic-sleeves & of course seperately from the vinyl to avoid seam splits.

All CD’s will be send in envelopes with special, safe lining.

When will the item gets posted ?

I do post your purchase at least three working days after receipt of your payment – often already on the next morning. 

Do you also deliver to my country?

Yes, in theory I do send the goods to anywhere in this world & therefore also to your country ! 

But, I may reserve the right to make a special arrangement before if you live in a (let’s say...) farout territory like the dark side of the moon.

What do I see on the picture you included?

I always take pictures and scans from the actual item on sale, made especially for only this offer here... What you see is what you get.

I do not use any external photos!

Can I get more informations about track-listing / song lengths etc.?

Of course ! Just contact me via the Ebay-system or directly by email to info@dimension7-records.com and let me know your own (real) mail-address.

I will then send a scan/picture of the tracklisting to you.

How do you grade the condition of second-hand items?

I believe myself to grade conservatively compared to most ebay record dealers, which definitely shows on my Ebay feedback sides !

My grading is partly based on the british RECORD COLLECTOR standard with my own additions !

If you are unsure, I will be only too happy to send you a detailed description of how I grade.

Do you have any other stuff for sale in addition to the selection in your Ebay-shop?

Yes, I have a complete stock of over  20.000 additional items, mainly on good ole' Vinyl, but also 1000's on CD.
