Up for auction is a copy of the highly sought after Neutral Milk Hotel 7" debut, "Everything Is" which was released in 1994 on Cher Doll Records (Cher 002). I have played this a couple of times, and the title track is one of the most perfect fuzz pop gems you'll ever hear, however the vinyl is pretty flawless, zero scuffs or scratches. The jacket has been well protected by the plastic sleeve, and the original insert is still in there and in perfect condition. I recently saw a copy of this sell here for $142 and with a lot of bid activity, so for everyone who missed out on that one here's a second chance to get your hands on this great slab of sticky sweet fuzziness.
