What is it?: Neutral Milk Hotel - Holland/Engine (Blue Rose BRRC 10237)
Mythical psychedelic indie, Flaming Lips, Animal Collective type thing from America, which came on a fancy picture disc with a big poster. All copies were numbered (this is no 109). 

The sleeve: EXCELLENT - No sleeve per se, just a plastic cover with a sticker on, and that is pretty wonderful. Don't think we ever got the poster out.

The record: MINT - Has never been played. Not even once.

Trust my grading: I worked in one of London's top collectors shops for several years and do my best to be as strict as hell, even though I know my VG is most people's MINT on eBay.
