Neutral Milk Hotel In the Aeroplane Over the Sea 1998 1st In Shrink LP MRG136
From the original owner--purchased at the Knitting Factory concert in NY in March 1998. Ticket stub is included, in between the shrink and cover. No discoloration or staining because of the ticket. Cover looks good. All label colors match what I have seen described as the first pressing. So I'm 99% sure, between the time and place purchased and all the physical descriptions of art, and label color, etc. that its The first pressing. 
Condition is very good. Vinyl looks clean. Shrink has always been on it so there are no stains--just the typical shelf ware to corners etc. 
The only condition is the insert--there are 3, what looks like, tape marks that took off a layer of the paper--see image. The original owner doesnt remember them hanging it up,  but...
