Description

Sold-out 12" vinyl LP classic by Johnny Hammond entitled "Gears" on Milestone Records (Cat. #CR00518) from 2022 on 180g black vinyl.  This title was originally released in 1975.  The reissue, part of the Jazz Dispensary Top Shelf Series, was done right--with all-analog mastering from the original tapes by Kevin Gray and a tip-on style jacket.  The manufacturer said it was exclusive to the label's web sites, though I purchased this copy at a retail store.  Limited to 2000 copies and very hard to find!
This record is new and sealed, with light, minor wear from being in a retail environment.  The lower left corner has an approx. 2" crease, and there are a couple other tiny creases (1/2") along the spine.  The right edge has a slight bump, and there is an inventory control device affixed to the back.  (Please see photos for greater detail.)  Overall, it is in very nice, VG+ condition.  The vinyl record itself is presumed to be in M condition!

Record will be shipped in a cardboard mailer.  I grade vinyl using Goldmine standards as a guide and Near Mint is my highest grade for preowned vinyl.  I am a longtime record collector (not a store), and I ship Monday-Friday.  I have only one copy of most items in my inventory.
Please know that vinyl is an imperfect medium, and new vinyl (especially colored vinyl and picture discs) can be subject to minor surface noise and/or imperfections.  I rate sealed vinyl "mint" but, as any seasoned record buyer knows, pressing quality will vary.
