You are viewing a rare 1967 unreleased demo Lp by Harry Nilsson.
Here is an excerpt from an allmusicguide.com review of this Lp.
"...rare 1967 publishing demo/promotional-only LP -- estimates of the numbers of copies pressed range from a few dozen to a few hundred -- was circulated to promote Harry Nilsson's songs, probably in the hopes of soliciting some cover versions..."

New Nilsson Songs [Promo LP]
Record is in VG+ condition; clean vinyl and labels. 'Demo' stamp in green ink on either side is consistent with other examples found on the web.
Very few light paper scuffs only on vinyl; great sound. No feelable marks, or scratches. Few spindle trails on labels. Was found in the collection of a famed 60's Detroit music producer's family, and from the looks of things, was only played several times at all.
Has original paper inner sleeve with 'Lead Sheets On Request' stamp in green ink.
