Description

FAC 73. There are so many versions of this 12" what is more relevant is the die cut sleeve in the shape of a floppy disc, with a glossy black inner sleeve. Both are in fantastic condition for a 25 year old record, without any fading, tearing or creasing, however minor.

The disc is equally flawless and remains unplayed, showing no spindle trace, nor any indent of the playing surface. The matrices are Fac 73 - A 1 * and B 1 *, with 'Townhouse' etched into the dead wax on side A and 'Maxi' on side B. The tracks are Blue Monday and The Beach, respectively.
