Description

For sale is a rare pressing of Blue Monday that omits the first two drum kicks from Side A.  As far as I know not many copies of this version exists, I've heard a lot of copies of FAC 73 and have never heard this version.
The matrix numbers are below.  This is variation 6 of the first initial pressing with the thick silver inner liner.

  • FAC-73-A-1 MT.6 Strawberry Out Voted!
  • FAC-73-B-1 MT.6 G2 Strawberry Ho, El + Tel!

There is a slight nick to one of the die cut ridges which has created a small 1cm tear (can post an image if necessary) making the sleeve balance out at G+ condition with the expected shelfwear and to the sleeve.  The vinyl has some crackle but nothing overpowering once the music gets going so is in VG condition.
Definitely a copy for a collector and not for someone who is looking to use it to DJ as it omits the first two drum kicks so would be difficult to mix with!
