Description

Substance a 2nd edition on the UK Factory label from 1987. Matrix FACT200-A*/B*/C*/D*. Etchings 'MAX / DMM Townhouse' 'Goodbye Davy Pils 27 12 78 – 5.6.87' & 'The Pleasure And The Pain' etc.  A 2nd edition according to Factory Records with non-embossed cover. The LP's come housed in the original cover manufactured by FACTORY in ENGLAND - there is no barcode on the rear. Also included are the original inner sleeves. So, this is 100% original and 100% complete...and even better it is a total humdinger...
Vinyl (NM) A really stunning find - this copy is in archive condition. Shiny like new and has clearly only seen very  very light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of ultra light marks across the entire four sides. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a NEARMINT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are perfectly silent and the audio comes across with fantastic clarity. Not even the faintest/merest hint of interference the whole way through. Never have I heard Substance sound this good. It truly is remarkable - even a sealed copy would show no improvement against this copy. Stunning!
Cover (NM) Bam! Absolute stone cold minter! How on earth did someone keep it in this condition - it truly beggars belief~! Shiny white front and back with no markings whatsoever and zero ageing. You'd have to get a microscope out on this one to find anything negative. Edge wear is non-existent. The spine is 100% intact. The cover retains perfect rigidity and to all intents and purposes looks brand new.
Inners (NM) Again! Nothing detrimental at all. Pristine and shiny like new. Not a hint of wear or splits at all.
