Description
It has been stored upright in a plastic sleeve in a closed cupboard, hence the excellent condition. It has only ever been played on a top-end hi-fi system.
The run-outs read :
FACT-200-A * GOODBYE DAVY PILS 27 12 78 - 5 6 87 TOWN HOUSE DMM
FACT-200-B * THE PLEASURE AND THE PAIN TOWN HOUSE DMM
FACT-200-C * OF AN EXTENDED CHILDHOOD TOWN HOUSE DMM
FACT-200-D * STEVEN WON'T GO TO STOCKPORT TOWN HOUSE DMM
The house is smoke-free; we have no pets.
Please see the feedback I received last year for the sale of various other records. As with those, I will package this in a corrugated cardboard vinyl mailer and send via Royal Mail.
