This Is Promo Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels, A Numbered "Sample" Sticker is on Back Sleeve.

Disc is EX Minus-VG Plus, Sleeve is EX Minus , Original Shrink Was Lost on This Copy.

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
