Up for your consideration is a new, sealed Famous Blue Raincoat LP record. Not a cut out. Cypress 661 111-1. Will be well packed with bubblewrap, etc. Shipping will be USPS media rate.l

Any hi-fi equipment that I sell is generally warranteed to not be dead-on-arrival and in as-described condition. Because of it's age I cannot guarantee it beyond that.

Shipping

Shipping is to the continental lower 48 US states only. Sorry NO International. Canada OK but you must ask permission first. I generally use USPS standard post, media and 1st class services unless stated otherwise. Do not assume insurance comes with it.  The lowest cost is usually the slowest delivery so if you want it faster you must notify me. I do occassionally use Fedex but NOT UPS. If possible I will revise and resend the invoice. Please don't leave low detailed seller ratings because of  the postal services slow delivery times.

Generally I use recycled materials as I feel it is the environmentally responsible thing to do. I reuse padded envelopes, assorted styrofoam peanuts/blocks, cardboard boxes, plastic bags,etc. I do often use new bubble wrap and sometimes new boxes. If you object to the use of recycled materials then please contact me with your specific packing requirements. Please read my feedback and you will see that I pack well.

If shipping damage does occur please work with me to resolve it. You must take photos of the packing damage.

I am a very fair and honest person and I try very hard to make sure every sale is satisfactory. Items are described to the best of my ability and if you do have a problem I am happy to work with you. Please contact me within the 14 day Ebay return period.

If you are unsatisfied with anything regarding this transaction please contact me prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will do whatever is possible to resolve any issues. 

I don't consider the transaction complete until I know that you  are fully satisfied with your purchase. If all is well please either leave positive feedback or at least an email saying you are happy with your purchase. Then I will leave positive feedback for you.

Returns

If my specific auction allows returns they are accepted within 14 days from receipt.  If you decide to return an item you must first contact me and obtain return authorization and instructions. 

If the item is being returned for reasons other than being not as described or shown in the pictures then the buyer's shipping charges are non--refundable. Buyer must pay return shipping. Items must be returned with all listed items,  packaging, accessories, etc in original packing or equivalent to that used for shipping. Refunds will only be given after I receive the item.

If an item is damaged in shipping it must go through the normal formal procedures before returning to me. Usually it is required that the buyer initiate the claim with the shipping company. You will need to keep the original box and packing material for inspection by the shipping company.
