Description
Up for auction here is issue 3 of The Next Big Thing, a Scottish punk zine published in 1977. Bands featured in this issue include Johnny and the Self Abusers, the Stranglers, the Dead Boys, the Jam, Generation X (interview + a cool 1 page breakdown of effort to stop the Generation X show and the steps the punks took to ensure than Gen X played and everyone got to see them), Jolt (who blew a certain well-known band off the stage), the Lurkers (who were blown off the stage by an comparatively unknown band), the Sex Pistols, the New York Dolls (full-page pinup), and more. Zine is in pretty rough shape--the covers are very battered, particularly the front, which is about read to fall off (in no small part due to the fact that it's actually larger than the zine it's stapled). Insides are yellowing and weren't terribly well-printed to begin with. Still, beggars can't be choosers. Except for the Lurkers. Bid hard!

If you win more than one item, please wait for me to send you an invoice, because eBay's combined shipping is almost certainly wrong, and if you check out before I send you an invoice, you'll pay an arm and a leg for shipping, whereas if you wait for ain invoice, it'll probably only cost an arm.
