Description
Here's an original 1966 mono Pet Sounds Lp by The Beach Boys.Capitol label # T 2458.The matrix numbers on trail off are as follows.Side one has T-1-2458-G-28.Side two has T-2-2458-G-28.The back cover has a number 6 near lower right corner.If you look closely you can see near the upper right corner where it says T 2458 is covered by the green part of cover.But cover does have T 2458 on spine and also T 2458 on back cover near top.Nice looking cover.Has a very slight 1/8th inch top seam split near upper right corner.Bottom seam and spine very nice with no splits or wear.Small amount of wear on right corners.Back cover has four small stains near bottom which three of the stains also show on front part of cover and on very bottom of spine.The ones on front cover near left side are light.The very small one closer to right side is a little more noticeable but is very small.Front cover has a crease near upper right corner which also shows on back cover where Brian Wilson is Please see picture.Also on front cover the upper part of cover has a little ring wear.On the same ring wear spot it's slightly raised as well as it has a slight indention/impression from the record.Also on the very edge where record slides out has some ding and bump spots.It looks like the very edge of cover got scraped against something and it caused some very small bend creases and also some ding spots near edge.Looks to be five tiny tears on paper right by very edge.If you look on the inside of cover you can see some small creases and dings but no tears on cardboard.Still a nice looking cover as you can see.The Orange Capitol label paper record sleeve has one very small 1/2 inch split on bottom.Sides have no splits.Really Nice looking Record.Side one looks terrific with three very light scratches and one small light non feelable scratch.Small amount of very light to light scuffing.Nice shine on grooves.Side two has three very light scratches and three small light non feelable scratches.One of the small light scratches is 3/4th of an inch long and is a little more than light but is not feelable and does not affect play at all.Has one very small less than 1/8th inch scratch that is feelable and causes five tick sounds when played.Has a small amount of very light scuffing.Lots of shine on grooves.Both labels in terrific shape.A Wonderful looking record on both sides.As with all records I sell if buyer is not 100% satisfied I have a return for refund.
