Description
I am selling some of my personal vinyl collection. Most of these records were purchased by me new in the 1970’s/80’s and have been extremely well looked after, having only been played a handful of times on a Linn Sondek turntable with a light stylus tracking force of 1.5g.
Unless stated otherwise, the vinyl can be considered as mint and shiny with no marks – basically as new. The covers vary in condition but most are excellent just showing the usual signs of storage – slight scuffing, etc.
This album is Nick Drake's superb debut "Five Leaves Left" on the rare American Antilles label AN-7010.
Highly sought after.
Matrix (dead wax) marks are A/B.
Vinyl condition is near mint I would say, it looks barely played with just some very light sleeve scuff marks. Test played superbly on my Rega RP6 turntable, amazing sound, so much better than digital versions I have heard. Seemed to be a different mix.
Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve condition is very good as it has been stored in a plastic liner, but there is a small break at the mid point of the cover spine.
It would probably be hard to find a better playing copy!
