Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Nick Drake – Five Leaves Left – RARE Genuine Vinyl LP album from 1972.
Genuine UK Pressing from 1972 on the Pink Rim Island Label.

Vinyl Condition: VG (A few very light marks and very light scuffs but really is in lovely condition for its age. There is some crackle on the run-ins but clears up quickly. There is an audible pop at the start of side 1 but nothing major. There is a very light scuff on the first track on side 1 but it is very light and superficial. There is some light background crackle but nothing major. Overall the sound quality is very nice and clear. There is the odd pop but no sticks or jumps at all. The record has a nice shine and labels are good with a few spindle marks on both sides. Overall a very nice record).
Inner Sleeve Condition: G (Blue inner has some browing and yellowing due to age. There is a pen mark on the back towards the left. See last picture).
Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (Some light edge and corner wear & creasing but is in very nice condition. Unfortunately on the back of the sleeve someone has crossed out the "One" next to side one and the "Two" next to side two and added an "A" and "B" in pen. See pictures. There is some corner wear and light rubbing to the front and back but generally a very nice condition gatefold for its age).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
