Description

This auction is for the Nick Drake box set, Fruit Tree, consisting of 3 vinyl LPs and a 16-page booklet. The box set is the original Island UK release from 1979. The recordings are Nick Drake's 3 LPs, Five Leaves Left, Bryter Layter, and Pink Moon, plus 4 additional songs not on any record up to that point: Rider on the Wheel, Black Eyed Dog, Hanging on a Star, and Voice from the Mountain.

The records are in mint condition. I am the original and only owner, and have kept the records in quality plastic liners inside the cardboard sleeves.

The box is intact and unbroken, showing only some wear at the corners. The upper left corner and spine has a slight, 1inch tear. Nothing is torn off; rather, there is a divot or dig and the paper on the spine has come away about an inch worth in that spot. The lighter area at the bottom center of the front cover photo is from the camera's flash; it is not a discolored area of the cover.

The booklet has an article by Arthur Lubow, photos, and all the song lyrics. The booklet is in excellent shape, with no tears, creases, or extraneous markings of any kind.

 Shipping will be determined by actual USPS charges to your location. I will not charge extra to pad any profit. Insurance will be optional but recommended.
