**This item was listed before, but the “winner” of the auction apparently pulled some shenanigans and was booted, thus no payment and we still have the item.

Description:

This is a well cared-for box set of the Nick Drake compilation entitled “Fruit Tree: The Complete Recorded Works.”  The three albums contained within are in their original sleeves, which are then inserted into the exterior jackets, each with an illustrated portrait of Nick Drake.  Awesome!

These albums are re-recordings of the only three records he ever made, plus some extra tracks that never made it onto the albums originally.

Also included in the set is the booklet that has photos throughout of Nick, as well as an excellently written 4-page biography of the musician.  After the biography, the rest of the pages are the lyrics to every song on the records.

These records have never been touched by a record player needle!!  The sleeves and booklet are immaculate.

The box, itself, however has some minor wear and a couple of tears in the cardboard on the side edges, but is otherwise very nice!

This rare set was compiled and released in 1979.
