I bought this a while back for quite a considerable amount of money from a place on line but my situation has changed and I need to recoup some of my money!
This is a super rare test pressing of Nick Drake's John Peel Session from a few years ago. As you can see from the pics, the catalogue number is ANTARMP003 and includes some markings from the mastering engineer. Feel free to do some research on it - it's the real deal. Nick Drake recorded live! Interestingly, it's pressed on a 12" 140gm disc instead of the 10" it eventually came out on. So perhaps that's even rarer? Anyway, the grooves finish at the 10" mark, then there's a large run in. I gather it's quite common if the pressing plant doesn't have any 10" machines to do a test pressing on, so just press it as a 12" to get it done quickly.
Condition wise, I was told that the guy who had it before me only played it a couple of times. I've played it a couple of times, too, and it sounds amazing. His live playing is something to behold. The disc itself isn't warped, and there's no grittiness or anything.
I've checked discogs and the full, normal release is going for a good £500...

If you care to check the matrix numbers and cutting engineer s markings on the pictures on my auction against the full release that came with the book, you ll see that they are completely IDENTICAL. In the spirit of total transparency, if you want any higher res pictures, I can email them to you, if you like. If you can get hold of the original release, or even ask someone who has one to check them against, then please feel free to do so.
