Very rare original lp still sealed. This copy is in excellent condition. The shrink does have a small tear on the front under the title as seen in the pics. No damage to the cover and is basically mint besides that tear. The pictures are of the actual item you will receive.

This is the rarest of all the elm st records and is the only one on eBay for years now. Make an offer !
