Description

This exceptional UK 1st anywhere pressing dates from the album's release in October 1971. Nine Days Wonder Psyche rock classic self titled first album.  UK Harvest 1st PRESSING LP & the very desirable and rare prog album sleeves illustrated & lined Harvest Inner (Tea & Symphony, Forest, Third Ear band, Edgar Broughton, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Bakerloo, Syd Barrett etc). This is a short lived inner, and is the equivalent of a dustwrapper on a first edition in what it adds to the completeness and value of a good rock rarity like this!. I have included a photo.
Textured flipback sleeve by Garrod & Lofthouse, dated October 1971 by the printer (as shown in 3rd pic)
"THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD." text on label top rims"MADE IN GT. BRITAIN" on labels at 6 O'clock, with A1/B1 matrices in the dead wax.
The record is fully near mint, no scratches or warps, plays near mint on a good system. The sleeve has a 1 cm square print lift from some sticker removal to the top right corner as shown, with no other faults so conservatively dropped to very good plus due to this only.. The inner is fully near mint. The labels are fully near mint. These  harvest are only rising in value at the moment, so bid generously and secure a beauty for yourself.

 

Reasonable start given the rarity of this as a 1st issue with unmarked playing surface condition.
