Description
Fantastic and rare original White Vinyl pressing from 1989 by Kurt Cobain's Grunge legends. This is the UK issue on Tupelo Records (Catalogue number Tup LP6 Licensed from Sub-Pop). Extremely limited - only 300 copies of these were pressed up. I bought this on the day of release back in 1989 from Action Records in Preston and it's been played once (to tape it). It has been in my possession ever since and has been very carefully stored. The cover is in near mint condition with just a very tiny indentation on the top of the 'N' of Nirvana on the front cover. The print quality on the cover is not great but I can only assume all the UK copies were the same (this is categorically not a bootleg!!). There are a few tiny printers blemishes here and there plus a printers "splash mark" on the front cover just under the Telecaster guitar! (I can assure you these are actually part of the original printing - obviously the guy who printed these sleeves was having a bad day!). This record is listed as a £200+ record so I will make sure it is very well packaged. Insurance is included in the postage charges and the winning bidder is welcome to collect in person to save on postage.

Addendum: I have had a question about the matrix number which I didn't answer fully (see below) and which I would like to clear up. Just to clarify, the full matrix number on this copy on side A is TUPLP 6 A^. On side B it is TUPLP 6 B^. Both sides on the run out grooves have the scratched out letters which I believe distinguishes this original from the later repress. Thanks.
