**By bidding on this record, you are accepting that:
1) The ship date is not guaranteed.
2) The condition of the record cover is unknown.
You are accepting the fact the the record cover may show some signs of wear such as corner damage and/or creases.
We have no reason to expect any damage to the cover, but since we dont have the record in our possession, we must have this disclaimer.
3) The record number is unknown.
4) The record might not be sealed.
Hand numbered records often arrive UNSEALED from the distributor. So theres a possibility that this record might not be sealed.
5) No Returns!!
We do not accept returns for any pre-orders!

As of right now, any vinyl being sold by us should be considered NEW. We do not sell used vinyl.
Our vinyl may contain the original "Hype" stickers and possibly contain price stickers on the shrink wrap.
IF the vinyl was factory sealed, that is how you will receive it. Some vinyl does not come factory sealed. Although it may not be factory sealed, we guarantee that it is NEW.
Please be aware that although all our records are NEW, some record covers MAY show some minor shelf wear such as corner dents, light creases and/or record poly sleeve/shrink wrap wear.
If you are looking for a pristine sealed copy of an album, please contact us prior to bidding. We will review our albums to see if we can accommodate your request.
*Vinyl is shipped via USPS Media Mail in a standard record shipping box.
We pack the record with two 12" cardboard stiffeners, two - four 12" pieces of .160 thick foam (orbubblewrap), two large fragile stickers
And most important, we reinforce the corners of the box by using .160 thick cardboard corners taped to the outside of the box. This helps prevent corner damage to the box and to the record cover.
