Description/Condition

Limited Edition 12” Red vinyl LP Record. Very Rare Re-issue.

The record and sleeves are in excellent + condition and unplayed, therefore only a visual inspection has been carried out on this record. The only reason I have not graded this record as mint is because it is not sealed.

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be mint but I  will ONLY grade a record as mint if it is sealed because few open records are truly perfect!

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

Fair: The record is still just playable but it has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Packaging

All items are well packed in record mailers with stiffeners to ensure that they reach you safely. To ensure the records do not shift about during transit and cause seem slits and ringwear, the records will always be packed with the record (still in the inner sleeve) on top of the outer sleeve and wrapped carefully with bubble wrap before being sealed inside the mailer. All record packaging shall be clearly marked  – “FRAGILE – Handle With Care / Do Not Bend”

Records will also be sent with good quality clear polythene sleeves to help protect you purchases, which we would like you to accept with our compliments and best wishes.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be given less shipping costs if items are returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition as sold. All returns are sent at buyers cost unless the item/s are faulty. The buyer is also responsible for ensuring that the returned items reach Sound Wave Records safely. We therefore recommend that any returns are sent via a trackable service.
