Description
Hello all,
Up for auction is Nirvana’s “Bleach” LP on red 12” vinyl, in the rare orange and silver sleeve, released by Waterfront Records in 1989. Around 150 of this sleeve were printed, with the record itself having a pressing run of around 400-500 copies in three different sleeve types: orange/silver, red/ silver and black/silver.

Matrix side A: DMX 71211 R2B
Matrix side B: DMX 71212 R2C
Note: on the side A matrix, the ‘R’ is encircled, and the ‘B’ is scratched over an ‘A’
Condition:
LP: near mint
Sleeve: excellent
The LP is free from scratches, fingerprints or skipping, and there are extremely few ‘pops’ during play.
The sleeve has retained its bright, vivid orange and silver graphics, however there is a 14cm (5.5”) seam split on the bottom of the sleeve, some minor ring-wear on the back sleeve, and a crease on the back sleeve next to the sleeve opening.
