Description
This blue vinyl was bought from a record shop in Plymouth about 10 years ago. The shop has placed a sticker on the outer plastic protective sleeve stating that it is an Austrailian version of the album but I have seen another one that looks identical on Ebay here suggesting that it might be American? I'm no expert, just an ex-Nirvana collector.
The label is Waterfront, issued with Sub-Pop and the numbers DMX 71211 ®2*C and DMX 7212 ®2*C hand scratched into the inside grove of sides one and two. I have no idea what this means but thought I should make it clear that this is on the record. The vinyl shows no signs of warping and, apart from a handful of very light surface marks accross both sides, is in excellent condition.
The sleeve is housed in a plastic protective sleeve (with the price tag on so not affecting the actual record) and is in a good overall condition I think. There are about 6 minor pressure creases on the spine side of the sleeve, the top edge of the record sleeve has about a 2cm mark where the card has worn away but there is not a hole through to the inside. The corners have slight wear and tear as you would expect for an item of this age. The bands title on the front and the album title are both in blue font. The damp number on the record is 114 and it was made in 1989.
Overall I would say this item is in fantastic condition but I am no expert. If you wish to have more pictures please let me know and I'll get some sent to you. I understand (from the auction linked to earlier) that this is a rare item so be sure to ask any questions you might have, I will respond to all.
