200 copies were pressed by C/Z records, a small indie label and favourite of Nirvana.

They are very scarce and collectible

Kurdt Cobain Cobain appears courtesy of Courtney Love.

Grant Alden also appears on courtesy of the Rocket. Grant was an editor and owner of many early Nirvana pressings.
