RARE Nirvana "Local Anaesthetic" by British Alt Rock Psych band Nirvana - Vertigo Swirl Ex - 1st pressing.


Fantastic opportunity to bid on this rare and hard-to-find very first pressing (Matrix 6360031 1//1 and 6360031 2//1) of this now classic album "Local Anaesthetic" by the British Art Rock/Psych outfit Nirvana, which sells for up to £250+ in excellent  condition and can even go for up to £700 in Mint. Both sides of the record are in fantastic shape with barely any noticeable marks to the vinyl under normal light, Labels both clean apart from some pinkish colouring round the edge of the "white side" (see photos). Under direct sunlight looking through a magnifying glass, the only discernible marks appear to be some lines running along the grooves which don't affect play on one side only.
The record has been play-graded in our UK record shop on a Technics 1210 with Stanton iTrack cartridge and played throughout without any skips and jumps. Under headphones at normal volume there was only minimal surface noise/crackle on the run in which was only barely audible between tracks and not at all during each track. No noticeable spindle-wear is present on the labels either. This record therefore grades as Very Good + to nr Excellent -.
NB - all our used records are cleaned professionally using a Pro-Ject VCS record cleaner to reduce surface noise and housed in a clean new inner sleeve.
Front and Back cover are really strong with minimal ringwear and min wear to corners but is all round excellent for the age as it is inside the gatefold too. The spine is intact with no splits, only showing some wear at the top and bottom corners and small scuffing. Just a few of the usual signs of ageing for a record over 45 years old so grades as Very Good Plus.
Comes with original Vertigo swirl Inner Sleeve from 1971 which has some creases but no tears plus some age dis-colouration (see photos). 
All in all a very good all round copy, very hard to find in this condition at a LOW START and LOW RESERVE. Buy It Now Available. Best of luck bidding! 
NB - The record will be packaged in bubble wrap and stiffeners shipped within a professional LP carton box as opposed to the inferior LP envelopes. Free postage in the UK via Royal Mail and Worldwide shipping also available.
