Shipping & Payment

Shipping rates where quoted are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US APO, and US territories could be higher than rates quoted. We welcome international bidders however, international bidders will be expected to pay a higher shipping cost. Applicable sales taxes will be added to shipments within the state of MA.

Most of our items ship within 48 hours of receipt and posting of payment. Items that require special handling or crating services may take longer.

Insurance claims for lost or damaged packages are refunded to you and this typically takes two to four weeks. Rarely is a claim ever necessary.

We do not accept returns on paintings because the color or the size doesn't work for you once you get it home. Each computer monitor can show colors differently. If you have any questions about colors in paintings you must ask any and all questions before bidding. If a work is damaged during shipment and the box shows any sign of damage when the carrier delivers it - REFUSE the package and make sure that the driver notes any and all damage to the package. Your money will be refunded in full when any damage occurs during shipping.
