Description

Super rare 12" vinyl record for Nirvana's LP NEVERMIND. This is the gold promo stamp copy and was pressed in extremely limited numbers. 


I bought this copy from Easy Street Records in West Seattle (see price tag) and there is a neat little story that goes behind this copy. Turns out an ex-Geffen Records employee who was high up on the food chain (I've been asked by the owner of ESR to not reveal the name of the employee since they buy a lot of records from them) sold a box of Nirvana records to Easy Street. The box contained 6 copies of the gold promo stamped NEVERMIND LP and 9 copies of the sealed clear vinyl copy of In Utero. None of these records have seen a needle and I had the chance to pick the looking copy of NEVERMIND when I purchased this one. Look at the corners of the jacket and I promise you, you will never see another copy in this great of shape. The gold promo stamp on the back of the jacket is upside down which is why I picked this copy over the others as well, making this one a truly unique copy for a collector.
