This is a new/sealed copy of Nevermind.
The corners of the cover are a little crunched.
On the back of the cover, one corner has what appears to be a surface tear. There is shrink wrap covering this area so it appears to be a flaw that happened during the manufacturing process.
And the spline is a little crunched.
