Nirvana 7" 45 single "Sliver" on black vinyl with Sub Pop Singles Club insert 1990, signed by Krist Novoselic on the inside of the folded cover. I bought this record from a friend who worked on a tv show in the early 2000's called Fox Rox! that broadcast in the San Diego area and had live bands / musical acts. He asked Krist Novoselic to sign this 45 around 2007 when Krist played on the show with his short lived band called "Eyes Adrift". Record is Near Mint, jacket is Very Good+
