Description
This auction is for a 7" record.
This is the very rare release of Nirvana Sliver.
The B side is Dive.
What makes this rare? This is the 2nd pressing (standard cover, ie 3 sides sealed, 1 open for record). And this is the Orange marble issue.
This is the original issue, not a repressing, I'm am an avid Nirvana fan and this is from my own personal collection that I am slowly selling off. I have had this record years, from release, I used to have a good relationship with an old record shop who used to get my Nirvana stuff as soon as released from USA. Yes I am a very rare Nirvana fan who got into them long before the release of smells like...
I have never played the record, no need to as I used to buy every release on every version so the CD was for playing, vinyl for smelling, looking and collecting.
The cat no is SP73. They are the same on all releases of Sliver though. I can confirm this is 2nd pressing - Orange Marble vinyl.
Obviously no centre as back in the old days you used to swap the centre from record to record on most releases.
The vinyl is unplayed. The cover does have storage marks on the edges. Nothing bad. (You could always swap from another mint cover from a common 2nd pressing).
This has the yellow centre label.
