Nirvana- Smells Like Teen Spirit- 12" Vinyl 1991 DGC PRO-A-4365- Promo. David Geffen Co. This is the original record that was given to radio stations in promotion of Nirvana's first hit single "smells like teen spirit" in the summer of 1991. Vinyl is in excellent condition and sounds great with no scratches. Sleeve is plain white cardboard with a nirvana logo sticker and is in very good condition with a few small bumps on the edge.
