Description
Nirvana - Bleach - Official US Red Wax - Erika Label!
This is Nirvana's "Bleach" album pressed on the Sub Pop / Erika Records label in limited edition Red Wax!
Both the Vinyl and Sleeve are in Near Mint condition.
The matrix codes etched in to the dead wax of the record are:
Side A:
SP-34-A Kdisc ch L.32926
Side B:
SP-34-B Kdisc ch L.329626.x

A rare pressing from my own collection!
Also included is an early Press Release Letter from Sub Pop promoting a new band called "Nirvana", mentioning the release of a single (Love Buzz) and an LP (Bleach) and also their appearance on the Sub Pop 200 compilation. Sub Pop describes Nirvana's sound as a "mid-tempo Black Sabbath playing The Knack, Black Flag, and a pinch of the Bay City Rollers"... and shows a couple of early pics.
