Description
1960s Northern Soul rarity on Symphony Records: Little David “I Want The Good Life”/“Call on Me”.
Labels have no tears or marks. I have graded this copy as VG (very good) because of a scratch that causes some popping on the “Good Life” side. Otherwise the record would be VG+.
New York singers/songwriters Sal Corrente, Ernie Maresca, and arranger Tony Farranda collaborated on these recordings. The label was owned by Benjamin Busch who owned the Symphony Music Shop in Yonkers, New York and worked for Walter Kane Music Publishing and earned a production credit on this obscure release.
This copy comes from the collection of a recently deceased New England disc jockey.
