WHITE LABEL PROMO IN GENERIC SLEEVE, LABEL HAS THE INITIALS NG PRESENT IN BLACK SHARPIE. DONT KNOW IF THIS HAS BEEN DONE BY NOEL IN PERSON OR SOMEONE HAS INITIALED FOR REFERENCE. I HONESTLY CANT SAY AS IT WAS LIKE THIS WHEN I OBTAINED IT, HOWEVER FROM EXPERIENCE I KNOW HE HAS SIGNED SIMPLY NG WHEN DOING SIGNATURES FOR FANS, SO THE OPINION IS DIVIDED I GUESS. NICE ITEM THOUGH!
