Description
Album is new and remains sealed. Numbered 5 of 5 selected by Michael Hobson, founder of Classic Records, with affixed sticker from Classic Records along with the signed individualized COA from Hobson. The story with the numbering is that with each and every Classic Records album, Hobson would personally determine the superior test pressing (each edition was pressed at up to three plants) and keep, ready for this, 5 of each album in a climate controlled storage area. And honestly how fantastic is that story? (I read an anecdote relative to the creation of these Clarity pressing involving a showdown in a listening room that is pretty awesome too but I can’t remember the details 100% and I don’t want to blow the punch line.) These things turn up here and there, so here we are now. There is nominal corner wear, and this must have happened during shipping here, there is a split in the rear gatefold which runs 5.5cm however beyond that I saw no issues and, despite that I still feel that album is near mint and am scoring it such accordingly. Vinyl is assumed to be mint as it has remained sealed since the pressing and is being sold in collector quality condition. Album will be mailed between cardboard in a Whiplash mailer. If you have any other questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
