Description

If you are reading this ad then you know how very rare and special this LP is.  This is the one and only North County Rock Association (No. Country Rock Assn. ) Sampler, VC 5083 Original 1973 1st and limited edition pressing on Nut House records.   The North County Rock Association and Nut House records were a California musical community centered around Dick Callahan.   This LP is currently listed on audiophile disc sites for much more, but I have priced it to sell fast. 

I'm giving it a visual grading at VG, but feel it is much closer to VG+/Ex-.  There are a number of sleeve scuffs and a superficial scratch on each side from what I believe to be simple caused by the original paper sleeve.  The cover is in nice shape overall, but will grade at VG for spine wear and scratch on front.  Overall, I do not think you are likely to find another copy in this shape for my buy it now price of of 149, yet alone the auction start price of 79!  The vinyl is nice and flat.  Please see photos as all sales are final.  I did my best to photograph flaws as mentioned in the item listing.

The record has been professionally cleaned using Mobile Fidelity Enzyme and Mobile Fidelity Super Wash on a Nitty Gritty Vacuum.  The Disc has been put in a Mobile Fidelity inner sleeve and sealed in a new outer sleeve for addition to your collection.  The original plain paper inner sleeve is also included to preserve collectible value.
