Jimmy Fraser, "Youth Opportunity Program" (Back To School) "A Public Service" – Of Hopes And Dreams And Tombstones
PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING ---- This plays VG+ with some light ticks at the very beginning of the A side because it has a hairline crack. The crack was repaired on the lead in with super glue and secured on the labels with clear scotch tape. The B side is on the lower end of VG+ because the ticks go on for a little bit longer into the song. I have posted a sound clip video of the A side where the ticks can be heard. If the crack was not present this would easily grade EX.

No record company (Columbia) credited either Instead the labels have: Youth Opportunity Program (Back To School) "A Public Service" Which is not an artist at all, but an actual government sponsored program whose aim was to promote the public educational system, and which licensed various musical material by contemporary artists at the time to promote their "Don't Drop Out" agenda to the youth of America.
