Little Oscar “Empty Bottles” / “Suicide Blues”
Palos Records (Chicago)
Chicago’s Palos Records was a small imprint attached to an important studio and pressing plant, Apex, on Chicago’s southwest side in the late 1960s. It is also connected to labels Emase, Betty (after the owner’s wife), and gospel outfit Hummingbird. There are a number of northern titles connected to this operation, including the Gloria & the T-aras and the Phil Lowman titles. This effort from bluesman Little Oscar is not the rarest of these, but it is definitely one of the best for pure dance floor interest.

I don’t use EX or M.
A VG record will still have some gloss and shouldsound good. Check soundclips!
Shipping:
In the U.S., first class shipping is $3 for the first three 45s. If for some reason you want priority, it is $6.
To Canada, regular shipping is $4.50.
To the UK and most of Europe, regular shipping is $6 for the first three 45s.
Shipping to Italy and France will require registered shipping. Too many packages lost in that country. The first record will be $10.
Shipping to Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea is $8.
Most other countries will require registered shipping.
Any package valued higher than $300 must be sent registered.
