US 45 on the Champion Records label 14003.
Side A: My Bad Boy's Comin' Home.
Side B: Tainted Love.
Visually the vinyl grades as VG+.
Both sides of the label are clean with no damage or writing.
Plays fine with some background/pops but no skips or jumps. Vinyl would benefit from a decent clean.
