This is a northern soul you do not see very often, in fact I have not seen it before. Conservatively, it is in VG to VG+ condition and plays M- with no background noise. You will not be disappointed and I will refund your purchase price if not satisfied with the condition, upon the record's return to me in same condition it left my hands. I can not be responsible for damage done after the record leaves by hands, but it will be well packed. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance, required. Paypal is preferred, but Money Orders are acceptable. Shipping will be by Purchaser's choice, but item must be insured. Reserve is about half the book value. Just remember you are not likely to see this record again, so bid accordingly.
