Before you ask for my head for being a heartless flipper, I am selling this to raise funds for my cancer treatments and offset costs not covered by my (cut rate) insurance. Additionally, I will be donating 10% of the proceeds of this auction to Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation to help raise awareness...
