Selling my unused (for over 30 years) record collection bit by bit...This is an original, first pressing (I believe) from 1970, of jazz/rock fusion album, Elastic Rock, by Nucleus led by Ian Carr.
It is in very good allround condition and plays well (tested for sale this week on my son-in-law's deck; I don't have one now) without skips or noteable crackle, though there are minor surface marks and slight scratches. The worst of these is on side B, track 2, where a small generalised sort of graze (2-3mm round approx), leads to some unwanted slight noise as the needle tracks over it.
The die-cut centre of the sleeve is undamaged, there is slight handling wear to the edges, a little rim wear and the spine is only part-legible, obscured by approx 50% scuffing.
Disc labels are clean and unmarked. The original polylined inner swirl label is intact but browning to the edges.
In the 'Record Collector' grading scale I think it would be at least VG+ for both disc and sleeve. But please note I am not a dealer or collector...
I am gradually putting other items up, mainly from 60s-70s. Please have a look if you are interested.
