O Donel Levy - Simba: Vinyl LP 1974 US Groove Merchant
Great Guitarist and what a rhythm section: Steve Gadd on Drums and Tony Levin on Bass. You get Jazz, Latin and Funk on this one and it sounds fantastic. Record is perfect except for a few of those nasty but silent surface marks from a paper sleeve. I've put it in plastic! There seems to be a number of very expensive copies of this for sale. None of them auctioned. So let's see what it's really worth. Last one went for £28 a couple of weeks ago so I'm starting at £25. This is in better condition! Cover is excellent but has a cut out top right.
I'm selling the best of my late father's collection, and his ability to buy outstripped his ability to play, so you will be buying records that have been played once or twice or even not at all. Expect great quality from everything I sell. If you like this, keep your eyes open. More to come plus a few things (non Jazz) from my own collection.
