Oasis - Definitely Maybe ****Damont**** First Pressing Up for sale is Definitely Maybe that I bought one day after release from the famous ‘Left Legged Pineapple’ record shop in Loughborough back in 1994. The record has ‘Damont’ etched on to the runouts and this apparently signifies that it is a first pressing of this totally iconic record. I have attempted to photograph the etching but it is near impossible to get a clear image. Full disclosure - I no longer have a working record player to test this on but I remember that it did play well but with quite a lot of surface noise. As well as this there are some superficial light scratches on the records but nothing that I remember to cause a problem. Because of this I have graded the vinyl as VG. However I think that with a good clean in an ultrasonic cleaner it may very well improve the surface noise. I have tried to be as honest and conservative as possible with my description but ultimately I hope someone gets a piece of music history to enjoy. Happy bidding and good luck.
